NEW 2024 forwarding from @g.ucla.edu to @arts.ucla

What is Changing and Why

UCLA is moving to a more modern and secure email forwarding service using Google Mail on August 1, 2024. This change will address critical information security needs and improve the performance of email forwarding.

What To Do

Everyone who has an @ucla.edu address now has a corresponding @g.ucla.edu address regardless of whether or not you had a Google Workspace account at the time you graduated or retired from UCLA. To continue forwarding email from your UCLA account, you must update the forwarding address for your @ucla.edu email address within Google Workspace. If you do not make this update by August 1, 2024, your @ucla.edu email will deliver to your UCLA Google mailbox instead of being forwarded to your preferred email address. Please follow the instructions below to complete these steps. Watch this video https://youtu.be/43ohYvB_avg or refer to the instructions below on how to update your forwarding address.

Forgot Your Password?

Your UCLA Logon ID (formerly known as BOL account) is the same as the username portion of your @ucla.edu email address. Do not create another account as that will not work. If you forgot your password please see reset options at:
