1. Log into the Outlook web portal: outlook.office.com
2. Go to the calendar tab and find "Other Calendars." You may need to scroll to the bottom and click on "Show all."
3. Click on the three dots next to "Other calendars" and select "Add public folder."
4. In the window that opens on the right hand side, expand "All Public Folders." Expand the ARTS folder. Find the calendar you want to add (You may need to expand your department's folder). Select the calendar. Click "Add Public Folder" at the top of the window.
5. A window will popup confirming the calendar was added to Calendars. Close it. After a few minutes, refresh the page and you should be able to find your calendar under "Other calendars"
