To view or make changes to a public calendar, you will need to have the correct permissions by having your supervisor send a request to ARTS IT. Below are the steps to adding a specific calendar to your calendar menu.
Please note: The following steps are ONLY for Windows. Outlook for Mac no longer has the same capabilities. To view a public calendar on mac, you will need to use Microsoft webmail. Instructions for that can be found here.
1. Click on the 4 squares on the left side of outlook.
2. Then click folders
3. Then go to your public folders. Open the drop down menus until you see ARTS
4. Find the calendar you are trying to add from the list. You might need to open you department's folder.
5. Right click on the calendar and add to favorites.
6. You should be able to find that calendar in your own Calendar folder, under the Other Calendars drop menu.
