Adobe has received our license renewal. Please remember that some user licenses did legitimately expire, and they will need to follow the renewal process at https://ucla.in/4504wmT. If anyone continues to experience issues with Adobe Creative Cloud, please contact the IT Support Center at (310) 267-HELP (4357) or help@it.ucla.edu.

Good afternoon. I want to provide a quick update on the Adobe Creative Cloud license situation. UCOP is actively working on renewing the systemwide contract. They hope to have this resolved by Monday, July 31, 2023. We will update this page again as soon as additional information becomes available.

Thank you for your patience.

Original Message:

IT Services is aware of an issue with Adobe Creative Cloud licensing. Users may receive a notification that their Adobe license is expiring. Unfortunately, this automated message generated by Adobe cannot be disabled. The UC systemwide contract is being renewed, and it is because Adobe has not received our order that the users are receiving the message. Adobe has assured us that all products will continue to operate despite the messaging.

Please note that a user’s license may still be expiring (or has already expired) because they have not renewed it. You can find more information about the renewal process at https://ucla.in/4504wmT

For more details or help, please contact the IT Support Center at (310) 267-HELP (4357) or help@it.ucla.edu.
