The Adobe subscription MUST be renewed every 120 days.
A reminder email from Kivuto/onthehub.com will be sent to your official e-mail address when your access is about to expire and you will have a 7 day grace period to continue using your license. Kivuto is the name of the vendor and onthehub.com the system that UCLA leverages to manage our campus Adobe Creative Cloud licenses.

This is not spam and is a reminder to renew your Adobe license.
However, you cannot renew before the 120 days pass completely. The system will not let you. Wait for the license to expire and you can go through the renewal process which can be found here.
