Installing Cisco VPN Secure Client and VPN Address with instructions

Downloading Instructions:

To download the Cisco VPN, click here -> https://it.ucla.edu/it-support-center/services/virtual-private-network-vpn-clients

Select your Operating System. Click SSL to download the App.

Follow the prompts depending on your Operating System. Please send an email to it@arts.ucla.edu if you have any questions or issues with the installation.

ARTS VPN Address and instructions:

1. Open up Cisco Secure Client

2. Type in arts.ssl.vpn.ucla.edu

3. Type in your Single Sign On Account user name and password:

4. You will receive a DUO Authentication notification in your phone similar to below. Click approve or follow your process to approve the DUO authentication.

5. Welcome banner appears, Click Accept.
