Managing and updating Duo devices

Below are the steps to add or remove a device to authorize DUO notifications for logging into your UCLA SSO account. They can be used to change a phone number associated with your DUO account. 


1. Go to https://accounts.iam.ucla.edu/#/  

       We don't actually need to make any changes to your UCLA account, we just need to get a DUO log in page.



2. Click Sign In.



3. Log in with you UCLA SSO account. 




4. DO NOT accept the DUO multi-factor notification on your phone. Instead, click on Other option. 



5. From here, you can select other options to approve a login attempt, but we are interested in Manage devices.



6. Chose one of the methods to verify your identity. 



If you do not have access to any of the options, you will need to contact ITS to verify your identity over the phone so they can give you access to your account.

7. Chose to update your phone or Add a device. 



8. Now select the device or phone number you would like to add.
