Open the Outlook application.
Enter your email address but only use " UCLALogOn@ucla.edu " instead of @arts.ucla.edu
Click continue.
Enter your UCLA Single Sign On username and password.
Authorize DUO MFA.
Click Done on the privacy window.
This window will pop up. Your Outlook user name will be written at the top: " @ucla.edu "
Click Done.
Your inbox will open and begin bringing in your emails.
