Open the Mail application.
At the top of the screen select Mail > Add Account if a sign in window does not appear.
(This would be the case if you already have an email account connected to your mail application. If this is the first time opening the mail app, a window will automatically open for you.)
Select Microsoft Exchange. And click Continue.
Enter your name and UCLA LogON and only use " @ucla.edu " instead of @arts.ucla.edu
DO NOT enter your email.
Click Sign In.
Enter your UCLA Single Sign On username and password.
Authorize DUO MFA.
Select which Outlook features you would like to sync. You can choose to only sync Mail if you would like. Click Done.
Select Protect Mail activity. Click Continue.
Your inbox will open and begin bringing in your emails.
