Created by Dean’s Office IT, Modified on Wed, Mar 5 at 2:20 PM by Dean’s Office IT

1. Launch the Settings app and tap on Apps

Note: On older versions of iOS, a list of apps will be visible directly upon launching the Settings app

2. Scroll through the list of apps and tap Mail.

3. Tap Mail Accounts.

4. Locate and tap on the account pertaining to your work email.

Note: the name listed will vary based on the account description that you specified when your mailbox was first configured on your device.

5. Tap [Re-enter Password].

6. When prompted with a Sign In prompt, tap [Continue].

7. When brought to a Microsoft sign-in screen, enter your UCLA Logon ID, followed by @ucla.edu (e.g., your_username@ucla.edu), and tap [Next].

8. Once you are redirected to UCLA Single Sign-On, authenticate with your UCLA Logon ID credentials, along with MFA/Duo.

9. After you have reauthenticated, the toggle switches for Mail, Contacts, Calendars, etc., will no longer be grayed out. Please try checking your account across all applicable iOS apps.
