If your TeamViewer does not display a password, check to see if the circle at the bottom on the window is green.
If it is red, wait for TeamViewer to connect to internet/load properly.
^^ If a password still does not generate with the green circle, follow the steps below to create one so the IT team can connect to your computer.
1. Go into the TeamViewer settings in the top menu bar: TeamViewer > Settings
2. In the Privacy tab locate the Password strength option. Use the drop down menu to select "Secure (6 characters)." Click apply and close this window.
3. The main TeamViewer window should now display a password for you to share.
