If you do not have TeamViewer installed, we will send you a quick download link. Here is how you will install it.
1. The link will take you to this page.
2. A download prompt will appear. If it does not, refresh the page. Click Allow.
3. A download will complete and appear in the Downloads folder on your computer. You may need to unzip it; simply double click.
4. Click and drag it into your applications folder that should be in the left column.
5. It should now be in your applications.
5. Double click on the application to open it. This pop up will appear. Click OK.
6. Go to your System Settings.

7. Locate your Security and Privacy Settings. Depending on your current OS, these settings may look drastically different.
Find the image that most closely resembles yours. macOS Ventura will be in the dark background while pre-Ventura OS (ie. Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey) will be in the light background.

8. Locate the message "TeamViewer QuickSupport was blocked from use because it is not from an identified developer." and click Open Anyway.
In macOS Ventura, scroll down almost all the way to the bottom of the Privacy & Security window.
In macOS pre-Ventura, the message will be in the General tab.
9. TeamViewer will open.
Click Quit. There are some settings we need to allow first.

10. Go back to your System Settings > Security & Privacy. Find the Screen Recording tab.
In macOS Ventura, scroll down on the right side of the window until you find Screen Recording.

11. Click on the plus (+) sign to authorize a new application.
In macOS Ventura, clicking on the (+) will prompt for an administrator password/fingerprint to authorize a change.
In macOS pre-Ventura, click on the lock in the bottom left corner to allow for changes. It will prompt for an administrator password/fingerprint.
Authorise with your computer account login.
** If your computer account does not have administrative privileges, let us know so we can grant you temporary access. **
Find TeamViewer in your Applications folder. Select it and click Open to add it to the list of authorized applications.

10. Find the Accessibility tab in Security & Privacy. Add TeamViewer the same way as in the Screen Recording tab.
In macOS Ventura, scroll down on the right side of the window until you find Accessibility. Click the plus and find TeamViewer in your applications folder to add.

11. You can now re-open the TeamViewer application. It might take a few seconds to connect, just wait for the red dot at the bottom of the window to turn green.
When we ask for your TeamViewer ID and password, please send us the numbers and letters that would be in the boxes as see above.
