MacOS - Connecting G:Drive

Connect to Cisco VPN with the arts vpn: arts.ssl.vpn.ucla.edu



 With Finder open, select Go > Connect to Server...



Type smb://uclarts-files.arts.ucla.edu


Click Connect. 



Select "Registered User" 

Enter you PC login username and password. Click connect. 


Watch out, it may autofill the box with your local mac account username. Make sure to change it if your PC account is different. 



It may take a few seconds to load, let it. 


Select the drives you would like to connect. Your username is your personal network drive (G:drive). The shared network drive (H:drive) is called "shared" on mac. 


If you would like to mount multiple drives, you will need to repeat the process again and select a new one each time. 



Your drives will appear in your finder window under the "Locations" tab.
